Proper Exercise

To facilitate the body back into balance exercise can be necessary.  Some people may have a more difficult time with their exercise depending on where they are in their health status.  We help our clients to find the right level of appropriate exercise to match where they are in their journey to better health.  Without exercise, mobilized toxins may accumulate in the connective tissue, kidneys, lungs and skin. There are three components to a good exercise program

 

  • Muscle strength training
  • Aerobic training
